The Salem School District is constructing a Physical Education/Fine Arts building on the elementary school campus. Fifty three (53%) of the project is funded with money received from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Federal stimulus money). The building will cost no more than $81.00 per square foot and has a scheduled completion date of August 1, 2010. The building will consist of an art classroom, music classroom, and physical education classroom.
